Well I have only lost like a pound and a few inches, but I have not been very good about food and I did lose some work out time when I was out of town. That being said I did week 4 day 1 on C25K the other day and it was not bad! I ran 6 min straight!
I plan to step it up with the work outs over the next 3 weeks to look out for the 6 week check in!
